UPDATED 2022 CALBAYOG TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (as of April 25, 2022)

All guests bound for Calbayog are required to present their COVID-19 Vaccination Card, showing full vaccination. This is applicable to minors as well. Minors can only travel to Calbayog if accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.
FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

- Vaccination Card
UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS
- Valid ID
- Negative RT-PCR Test Result from any DOH-accredited laboratories issued within seventy-two (72) hours
- If a Negative RT-PCR Test Result cannot be presented, said individual/s shall be required to undergo a 14-day quarantine at the IATF designated isolation facility
- Certificate/ Letter of Acceptance
- CR Test Result cannot be presented, said individual/s shall be required to undergo a 14-day quarantine at the IATF designated isolation facility.
Guests with comorbidities or guests who are unable to get complete vaccination due to medical considerations must also present a Medical Certificate stating that he/she is not fit to get a COVID-19 vaccine.
