Though we all got a span of differences on our specificities choosing where to accommodate ourselves with, minding the unending lists of hotels to stay on, here rolls some of the best answered why’s that I have made sure be well marked as to define how B Hotel definitely resides to be a good choice.

Hotel reviewing is really a ‘thing’ for me- excluding the comforts I could relish upon, as a travel blogger, it feels like a must for me to write about things, I in any way came to admire for- and those are the experiences I had with those hotels I have visited, all the reason to have for this case.

A staycation for me is an ultimate way to learn more about the place without being too busy touring around, (a reflection on a lot of things) which luckily, is particularly applicable in Manila where I live.

Through a random chat with Myke – a lifestyle blogger friend, I have decided to stay at B Hotel in Quezon City. Along with fellow bloggers, he invited us to experience this new hotel in Quezon City for an overnight staycation.

B Hotel (reviews) then is primarily owned and managed by The Bellevue Hotels & Resorts. Furthermore, opening by September 2015, it is so interesting that it already dodge it way off rapidly, ranking as one of the best boutique hotels in Quezon City.

Here are my Top 5 reasons why B Hotel is my new favorite hotel in Quezon City:

#5 Convenient location

Good location is on the top of my list, as it is both considered a reason and for purpose why one should take a break on such hotel- and B Hotel which is suited at Scout Rallos Street, surely will provide you with all that you’ll need as it gives an accessible contact to a variety of shopping, food and various service oriented establishments.

#4 The Embracing Arrival

‘First impression lasts’. Why? It is simply because, firsts of impacts are really responsible for marking the aura of the place for your whole stay. And B Hotel performed all things well for me.

Our checking time was at around 2pm but as usual, I arrived an hour earlier than the rest. While waiting for the other bloggers, I stayed at the lobby appreciating the space, design and ambiance of the hotel, which are all appreciated even though the place is quite busy, as there are wedding and parties being held in function rooms, the place don’t even look annoying because of the huge and organised lobby space.

Finally, checking in, the process was seamless and a staff even guided me to the room after getting the key cards.

#3 Chanting Room Escapades

Basically, there are three categories of rooms such as Superior Room, a 1-Bedroom Suite, and a 1-Bedroom Suite- and all of these are equipped with an air conditioning, satellite/ cable LED TV, free LAN and Wi-Fi access, in-room safe, telephone with NDD / IDD (charges apply), mini-bar, shower, private toilet and bath.

I opened the door and voila! Interesting decors incorporated inside the room surrounding a huge white comfortable bed that would really make you think you’re in a dream where in fact, you have just entered the room. So did I. Well, despite I knew I was in an unconventional type of hotel after seeing its lobby, I never expected such scene to welcome me.

It was in a Superior Room where I have stayed, and for its size, it’s definitely huge and has enough space more than its fixed maximum of 2 guests and 2 children for accommodation. Even the rooms don’t have a veranda, its clear glass window which provides a clear view of the city’s nearby landmarks and establishments are good catch-ups.

Each room has a contemporary decor that adds to the relaxing and warm ambiance. Stylishly industrial with exposed pipes and bike wheels as decors, the rooms at B Hotel Quezon City will take you spinning into an artistically minimalist bliss with fixtures right out of a science fiction story. Unpainted walls and old school displays, though are not styled like the others, but will surely have the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

A long working table is also situated with a red metal chair and two lamps are located in front of my bed, considerably, a handful of help for professionals on staycation like me.

Plus, B Hotel does also have this unique bathroom where the hot and cold shower and toilet is separated by glass, which in the same case, just as how the entire bathing place is covered. And utmost, for privacy purposes, it has blinds that you could roll down whenever you need it.

#2 Mouthwatering dishes

The seemingly delicious offers in their Pastry Corner is on where we pleasured ourselves first. It is upon everyone’s arrival when we tried out some of the offerings in their Pastry Corner. Pastry Corner is the hotel’s in-house coffee shop that is also a good rendezvous for business meetings. We enjoyed testing out their signature cakes, pastries, sandwiches, and coffee that is said to be best paired with their signature Ensaymada.

The Lobby Cafe have served us a sumptuous breakfast buffet that undoubtedly would give you the good vibes to start your day. For breakfast, I have been greeted with the bread section, vegetable salad and dressings section, a soup section, cereals, fried and steamed rice, Pinoy favorite breakfast dishes like tapa, corned beef, tocino and especially, a fruit and dessert section.

Lobby Cafe is also where we had our Lunch and Dinner during our staycation. For lunch, we checked out their steaks which will be served in their upcoming restaurant named “Johnny’s Steak House”. You probably know that I’m not a huge fan of steaks but their rib eye made me finish the plate. I think I’m a new convert!

For dinner, we had ample of different delicacies on our table but my top three favorites would be their Beef in Black Pepper Sauce, Chicken cooked in red wine sauce and my most favorite would be their Pinakbet with Bagnet.

Lobby Cafe offers both reasonably-priced yet affordable local and international dishes all on their menu! I would definitely make a come back here just for another food trip.

#1 Relaxation within the tranquility

After our dinner, we have spent an hour at the Mezzanine Bar. Although there’s a huge selection of wines and spirits, I still have preferred my favorite Pale Pilsen. After enjoying the upbeats with a couple of bottles, we finally called it a night. Indeed, a serving of your favorite drink plus a chill night with friends is truly a perfect combination- within the perfect place.

All the facilities are considerably what makes overall the stay as a great value for money. The hotel is in a good location covering good restaurants nearby. Staffs were all friendly. The food again indeed were all a thumbs up. Overall, it was an excellent experience I can’t wait to come across with, again.
