Mayumi Beach House Review
This beach house exudes a simple haven that allows its inhabitants to wake up to the bright sun and the tantalizing white beach, in any apartment among the three floors may be.
Staying in the Master’s Bedroom of Mayumi Beach House is such a delightful experience. Its king-sized bed invites comfort amid well-carved wooden door sliding door, decorous wall lamps, a high-definition flat screen television perched on the native woven wall, a dressing table, and a lovely bathroom with rain shower sprinklers, hot and cold water, a marble countertop, and a native-inspired cabinet.
The first two floors are satisfyingly identical.
Each has a Filipino style guest room with two single beds and a private bathroom that has rain shower sprinklers, a fully-equipped kitchen that offers a cooking view of the sea and a living area where one can luxuriate on snug settees with a matching driftwood-coated coffee table, overlooking the shore through the wide alumetal and glass door panels.
The terrace on the ground floor offers yet another pleasant experience. It has a robust and round dining table with four cushy chairs, complementing its artistic woodwork; a relaxing garden bed made of smoothen rattan; and a day bed perfect for unwinding on its soft mattress. However, vigilance is required with toddlers and children roaming around its elevated platform.
The upper floor balcony, on the other hand, provides space and privacy at memorable moments of outdoor dining and inspiring reflections against the soothing sounds of the sea.
Meanwhile, having a private Jacuzzi on the penthouse is not so bad at all.
This studio unit emits a modern paradise vibe set in a wide angle of the vast Sulu Sea. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a heavenly king-size bed and living area, and a massive patio where one can surrender to the magnificent manifestations of the sunset and the star-studded sky.
Mayumi Beach house (hotel reviews) is actually perfect for a big group of 10 adults and 6 kids, where barbecue parties, board games, private beach dining, sunbathing, sunset cocktails and full moon howling become exclusively special.
