Visit the Taiwan Expo 2017

In light of the good news that Taiwan’s visa-free entry for Filipinos is already fast approaching, Taiwan Expo 2017 at the SMX Convention Center is showcasing 200 exhibitors and thousands of Taiwanese technology, products, and services from September 29 to October 1.

For people who have not visited Taiwan yet or planning to go to the country once the visa for Filipinos is lifted, this expo is must-go. The Taiwan Expo 2017 is serving as a comprehensive introduction to the beautiful country. 

What Do You Need to Expect?

The National Chi Nan University together with the Taiwan Excellence Forum – Taiwan IoT (Internet of Things) Solutions for Smart Living by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) is holding informative forums and seminars such as “Study in Taiwan” for those who are planning to seek further studies in the Republic of China.

With this year’s theme “Experience Taiwan! Technology and Tourism,” the Expo emphasizes six main aspects: agricultural technology, e-commerce service, green technology, medical technique, Taiwan excellence, and talent exchange while highlighting the technological development of Taiwan in education sources and advances.

Other than the product exhibition, the event will also feature business matchmaking, cultural performances, industry forums, and outdoor programs.

The convention has eight pavilion themes:  City Marketing, Inno-Tech, Health & Lifestyle, Agricultural Tech, Study in Taiwan, Culture & Tourism, General Support, and the Taiwan Association Philippines.
