Guests are invited to indulge in an exquisite set menu that showcases the richness and sophistication of French cuisine, meticulously crafted by The Manila Hotel’s talented culinary team under the leadership of Executive Chef Konrad Walter. The Goût de France menu presents a carefully curated progression of classic French flavors, beginning with a flavorful Puy Lentil Salad topped with tender Smoked Duck Breast, and followed by a comforting Three Onion Soup garnished with crispy Brie Croutons. For the main course, guests can enjoy a succulent Roast Rack of Lamb encased in a fragrant Herb Crust, served with a flavorful rosemary garlic jus, alongside creamy gratin potatoes and a medley of fresh market vegetables. The dining experience concludes with an elegant selection of French cheeses, a delectable Apple Tart infused with Frangipane, delicate French macarons, and a choice of aromatic coffee or tea.
