According to Jose Miñana, president of Jollibee Philippines, they are honored to work with the Tourism department and that this is their way of helping promote the country’s tourism.

“We are proud to be given the opportunity to help and promote the tourism campaign of the country,” he said.

Miñana added, “We also believe that we can ably support this campaign given the fact that Jollibee has the same characteristics of Filipinos such as happiness, hospitality, and friendliness that make travelling in the Philippines more fun.”

On the other hand, Jimenez is hoping that the agreement with the food company would also encourage other private sector companies to work with them in promoting tourism.

“With a brand close to the hearts of the Pinoy’s supporting the campaign, we hope to encourage more people to take an active role and be a part of this exciting and fun endeavor for the tourism industry,” he said.
