How to send from PayMaya to your recipient’s trusted Smart Padala agent? Here are 5 easy steps.

  • Ask your receiver the 16-digit account number of their preferred Smart Padala agent
  • Launch your PayMaya app, tap “Send Money”
  • Enter the 16-digit Smart Padala account number on the mobile/account section
  • Type the amount you wish to send and tap “Continue”
  • Double-check the transaction details, make sure they’re correct, and tap “Send”

After sending the money, share the transaction’s reference number with the recipient. Tell them that they need one valid ID to claim the money. They will need this plus one valid ID to claim the money in the nearest store of a Smart Padala agent.
