What is the history of Monte Maria Shrine, Batangas?
In 2006, Father Fernando Suarez, a Roman Catholic priest, envisioned creating a pilgrimage site after meeting local politician Hermilando Mandanas. The Montemaria property was to be donated to MAPI, but plans were canceled, and the land was instead donated to the Archdiocese of Lipa.
