(NASDAQ: HBNB) has officially announced the signing of definitive, binding agreements for the joint-venture development of Hotel101 Bangkok, marking another major milestone in the company’s aggressive international expansion strategy. The new development will introduce Hotel101’s globally standardized “condotel” business model to Thailand’s capital, one of Southeast Asia’s busiest tourism and business destinations.

Hotel101 Bangkok to Become One of Bangkok’s Largest Hotels
Hotel101 Bangkok is planned to rise on a prime 8,336-square-meter property along Phahon Yothin Road, one of Bangkok’s most important thoroughfares. The development will feature approximately 770 hotel rooms, positioning it among the top three largest hotels in Bangkok by room count once completed.
