Santan introduces an in-flight Ube Coconut milk beverage inspired by the earthy sweetness of the Filipino root crop. Blended with creamy coconut milk and containing no added sugars, it offers a smooth, naturally rich flavor that showcases the authentic taste of Ube.
Santan also offers the Buko Pandan Milk drink, a variation of a well-known Filipino dessert commonly enjoyed at Pinoy family gatherings. It is typically served as a sweet, creamy treat with “gulaman” (jelly) and shredded coconut.
Santan’s Q2 menu adds more ASEAN flavors, including Thailand’s Thai Basil Chicken—an authentic Thai rice dish with stir-fried spiced chicken and fresh basil leaves that provide a signature robust flavor.
Filipino comfort food continues to be central to the menu, featuring popular dishes like JT’s Manukan Chicken Inasal and Beef Tapa with Scrambled Eggs.
