SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeing strong interest in its Premier Suites, with corporate demand building just weeks after the July 9 trade launch. The response adds to the continued success of the premium suites at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, highlighting the growing appeal of elevated corporate hospitality at major entertainment venues.

The Premier Suites at the SM Mall of Asia Arena and the SM Seaside Cebu Arena serve as dynamic extensions of the workplace, exclusively designed for brands that value relationship-building.
Available exclusively to brands and corporations under a minimum one-year lease, the 40-square-meter suites are designed to host up to 30 guests. Each suite features a combination of lounge and theater-style seating, a private restroom, dedicated VIP access, high-speed Wi-Fi, and prime views of live sporting and entertainment events.
Companies can also personalize their suites with branded furniture, installations, and other design elements, creating a more distinctive setting for clients, business partners, and employees.
At SM Seaside Cebu Arena, suite holders receive an added benefit: exclusive access to six multipurpose function rooms. These spaces provide convenient venues for meetings, corporate gatherings, business presentations, and other engagements before or after events.
“Premium suites have become a popular feature at leading sports and entertainment venues worldwide because they elevate the live event experience,” said SM Prime President Jeffrey C. Lim. “They also give businesses a more engaging way to connect with clients, partners, and employees.”
The concept has become a familiar feature at major international venues, including Madison Square Garden, The O2 Arena, and Mercedes-Benz Arena Shanghai, where private suites come in different sizes and configurations to accommodate corporate and hospitality needs.
SM Prime helped introduce the premium suite concept to the Philippines when the SM Mall of Asia Arena opened in 2012. The venue pioneered corporate hospitality of this kind in Southeast Asia, creating a new way for companies to combine business networking with live entertainment.
Over the years, SM Prime has continued to enhance its suite experience by upgrading facilities and personalizing services. Suite holders receive advance event advisories, direct office ticket delivery, dedicated suite attendants, and customized food and beverage options from Premiere Café and accredited caterers.
The growing roster of suite holders includes major companies and organizations such as Aboitiz Group, ABS-CBN, Cignal TV, Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation, Coca-Cola, Globe Telecom, Meralco, Nestlé Philippines, PAGSS, PLDT, Power Stroke Motor Products Corporation, PremiumLeisure Amusement Inc., San Miguel Corporation, Solaire Resort Entertainment City, Sun Life Philippines, The Mont Property Group Inc., Unilever Philippines, and Visa.
Meanwhile, SM Seaside Cebu Arena has already welcomed several early corporate partners, including Bai Hotel, Cebu Landmasters Inc., Cokaliong Shipping Lines, Dynamic Power Marine & Industrial Hardware, Inc., Nature’s Spring, Skyrise Realty and Development Corp., and the University of Cebu.
With the strong early response to its latest Premier Suites, SM Prime is positioning its arenas not only as destinations for major concerts and sporting events, but also as premium spaces where companies can entertain guests, strengthen relationships, and create memorable experiences around live events.
