The First Dilmah T-Bar in the Country
The first ever Dilmah t-Bar in the Philippines was recently launched at Radisson Blu Cebu. Guests of honor were Dilmah founder and world-renowned tea maker Merril J. Fernando and fellow tea expert and son Dilhan Fernando.

Radisson Blu Cebu celebrates the unique tea experience with its Dilmah t-Bar, which features 21 single origin teas from the best regions of China, Japan, South Africa, and Sri Lanka. Single origin teas are the royalty of teas because they are produced from a single premium tea plant, untainted by being mixed with lesser teas as other tea producers are wont to do. This preserves the distinctive flavor and aroma of the pure tea.

Both Radisson Blu Cebu General Manager Nishan Silva and Director of Food and Beverage Ramon Makilan received training at the Dilmah School of Tea in Sri Lanka in preparation for the launch of the Dilmah t-Bar. It is hardly the only one around, although it is the first in the Philippines. There are Dilmah t-Houses, t-Lounges, and t-Bars in Australia, Poland, Sri Lanka, Belarus, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates. They all offer relaxation and quiet, serving a variety of hot teas, mocktails, shakes, cocktails, and tea-inspired gourmet cakes, desserts, and snacks.
