Dusit Princess Hotel Cebu
After signing a contract with Cebu-based developer Grand Land, Inc., the world-renowned Dusit International will soon have a property in Cebu this 2018.
The soon to rise Dusit Princess Hotel Cebu will be the second hotel of the Dusit International hotels and resorts brand in the Philippines, and will be located in North Reclamation, Cebu. The high-rise hotel will have 295 rooms featuring views of the city and the ocean. Facilities of Dusit Princess Hotel Cebu will include fine-dining restaurants, meeting rooms for the business class, swimming pools, and a fitness gym. The Dusit Princess Hotel will also be included in a mixed-use development area that will be large enough to house several retail outlets, various offices, and apartments.

Perhaps to parallel with the expected tourism boost of the world’s first resort airport in Cebu, which is also to be opened this 2018, Go and Grand Land, Inc., believe that Cebu will have the need for more branded hotels. “We want to expand the tourism industry so we hope to develop hotels and resorts, north or south of Cebu. The partnership with Dusit International may extend to more GLI hotel projects.”
