Champagne Room Adds New Culinary Creations to Its Classic Manila Dining Experience
Dining at Champagne Room has long been associated with refined cuisine, elegant surroundings, and the classic hospitality of The Manila Hotel. Now, the iconic restaurant is giving diners more reasons to return with a selection of new à la carte dishes available for lunch and dinner.

Beef Tournedos and Foie Gras
The latest menu additions expand Champagne Room’s culinary offerings across starters, seafood, hearty main courses, grilled specialties, and desserts. Several dishes also add a tableside element, bringing a touch of theater to the dining experience.

“The new dishes are designed to stay true to the distinct Champagne Room experience while giving our guests something new to discover. We wanted to bring together familiar favorites and a few dishes with a sense of occasion, so every course feels special from the first bite to the last,” says The Manila Hotel Executive Chef Konrad Walter.
New Starters and Seafood Dishes
The meal can begin with refined starters such as Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, Lobster-Mango Délice, and Parmesan Panna Cotta.
Guests looking for warm and savory options can choose from New Zealand Half-Shell Mussels, baked with Parmesan and herbs, or Fried Oysters served with a crisp coating.

The selection also includes Linguini with Scallops, tossed in a creamy shallot and garlic sauce, as well as Green Asparagus Soup for a lighter start to the meal.

Hearty Main Courses
Champagne Room’s new main courses bring together seafood, meat, and poultry options designed for leisurely lunches and elegant dinners.

Seafood choices include Gindara in Miso Butter Sauce and Lobster Thermidor, offering distinct flavors for diners who prefer rich and savory dishes.

Meat lovers can choose from Roast Lamb Rack and Beef Tournedos with Foie Gras, while Lemon-Herb Chicken provides a lighter alternative.
For a more interactive dining experience, the Beef Stroganoff is flambéed tableside before being served. The restaurant also offers a Surf and Turf that combines Angus Striploin and salmon into a single indulgent entrée.
Grilled Specialties
The grill selection gives diners several choices for a classic steakhouse-style meal.
Options include USDA Beef Tenderloin, Kurobuta Pork Loin Steak, Lapu-Lapu Fillet, and Whole White Pampano.

The variety makes the menu suitable for different dining preferences, whether you are looking for premium beef, pork, or fresh seafood.
Desserts With Tableside Flair
Dessert continues the sense of occasion with Mango Flambé, prepared tableside and finished with coconut rum. It comes with buko ice cream and pili nuts, combining tropical Filipino ingredients with classic flambé preparation.

For diners who prefer familiar desserts, Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berries offers a classic creamy finish, while the Warm Chocolate Lava Cake provides a richer option for chocolate lovers.
