Guide: Updated Boracay Travel Requirements this 2022
Heads up, travelers! Boracay now allows all tourism-related establishments and activities to fully operate at 100%, which means that no one can stop you from booking that flight to the best beach destination in the Philippines! But that doesn’t mean the restrictions have been removed. To know more and prepare you for Boracay Travel Requirements, read on.

Boracay Tourist Requirements:
- Proof of identification with Philippine residency or passport for foreigners or OFWs
- Accomplished Online Health Declaration form via touristboracay.com. (Make sure to take a screenshot of the confirmation page)
- Confirmed booking at a DOT-accredited hotel or resort with a Certificate of Authority to Operate
- Roundtrip travel details with the following information:
- Mode of travel ( by air, land, or sea)
- Place of Origin
- Arrival Date
- Flight No./Bus/Plate No/Vessel Name
- For fully vaccinated tourists: get a VaxCert PH COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate with full vaccination status from vaxcert.doh.gov.ph. You may also present your vaccination card with a QR code or contact details of your vaccination center. World Health Organization (WHO)-issued International Certificate of Vaccination may also be presented.
- For partially or unvaccinated tourists, submit a negative RT-PCR test result or a Red Cross-facilitated saliva test 72 hours prior to departure. The test must be conducted by a licensed testing facility.
- For children ages 12 years and below: guardians must accomplish the Certificate of Undertaking Traveling with Minors via aklan.gov.ph.

Returning Aklanon’s Travel Requirements:
- Accomplished Online Health Declaration form. Take a screenshot of the confirmation page.
- A government-issued ID with Aklan address
- Travel details
- For fully vaccinated Aklanons: get a VaxCert PH COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate with full vaccination status from vaxcert.doh.gov.ph. You may also present your vaccination card with a QR code or contact details of your vaccination center. World Health Organization (WHO)-issued International Certificate of Vaccination may also be presented.
- For partially or unvaccinated Aklanons, submit a negative RT-PCR test result or a Red Cross-facilitated saliva test 72 hours prior to departure. The test must be conducted by a licensed testing facility.
- For children ages 12 years and below: guardians must accomplish the Certificate of Undertaking Traveling with Minors via aklan.gov.ph.
Pass-through Travelers’ Requirements:
- Notice of Coordination or Acceptance from municipality or destination issued by the Office of the Mayor
- Accomplished Online Health Declaration form. Take a screenshot of the confirmation page.
- Travel details (for those traveling via air, only Kalibo International Airport may be used.)
