From January 25 to February 12, 2026, shoppers spending at least PHP 1,000 at participating stores can earn electronic raffle entries. Each PHP 1,000 spent—whether in one purchase or combined—earns one entry. Receipts should be submitted at the Mall Concierge on Level 1.

Prizes include five PHP 3,000 dining vouchers, each redeemable at select upscale restaurants for an enjoyable meal. Additionally, three Silver Tickets grant two people access to the exclusive Spotlight Sessions: Grand Concert scheduled for February 14, 2026, at the elegant NUSTAR Grand Ballroom.
This concert will feature renowned artists such as Zsa Zsa Padilla, Erik Santos, Angeline Quinto, and the emerging boy group AON, promising a vibrant musical experience. The grand prize is a luxurious overnight stay for two at the sophisticated Fili Hotel, including a complimentary buffet breakfast with a variety of freshly prepared dishes to start the day.
Raffle entries are valid for purchases made at a variety of participating outlets, including well-known retail spots and specialty stores such as Airwheel, Break 100, Bruno’s Barbers, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery, Diagold, Doctor Leather, Estée Lauder, Eye Society, Han-Mart Convenience Store, Jewelmer, Jo Malone London, Kultura Atelier, Lacoste, Luk Fook Jewellery, NUSTAR Premier Cinemas, Oasis Nail Tropics, Open Source by Beyond the Box, Playville, Rose Pharmacy, R.O.X., Rustan’s Beauty Source, Seiko, Sole Republiq, and Timezone.
The electronic grand draw is scheduled for February 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Participants and spectators will be informed of the winners through email and SMS notifications, with the official announcement made on The Mall | NUSTAR Cebu’s verified Facebook page.
