The Sinadya sa Halaran Festival is a yearly celebration in honor of the Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. The people of Capiz will also participate in the parade of festivals which is a grand testimony of how rich Capiznon culture is. Each municipality in the province of Capiz will participate in the street dancing competition. The seafood-inspired costumes worn by energetic street dancers will fill up the contest streets during the street dancing competition.

A fluvial parade is also being held in Panay River which is clear evidence of Capiznons religiosity and after the river festival, a grand fireworks display is usually the highlight of the celebration. The province of Capiz particularly Roxas city is also known for the huge selection of seafood they offer which makes Roxas city the Seafood Capital of the Philippines.

Capiz is one of the oldest Spanish settlements in the country. Among its newly discovered tourist attractions are waterfalls and caves.
