KidZania Manila to offer Mothers Day Special
Mothers have been bastions in their children’s development right from the cradle. They nurture, support, and widen their talents and skills from the start. Little misses and masters can give back by honoring their mothers this Mother’s Day and engaging in interactive role-play at the same time at KidZania Manila.
May 8 is the date to mark, when mothers can join their children in fun and exciting activities, including role-playing, while performing assigned tasks in different establishments. These include the National Art & Design Academy, Baby Care Training Center, DZMM – MOR Radio Station, Aviation Academy, Cooking School, Fashion Boutique, Beauty Salon, Bakeshop, Supermarket, Acting Academy, and the ABS-CBN TV Studio. KidZ for a Greener World program activities are also up for the taking, which involve the Shell Transportation Efficiency Center, Century Tuna Fish Market, the Vertical Garden, and the H&M Upcycling Workshop. Kids with KdZania paZZports (B. KidZnians) can also nab some special freebies from the play city for their moms by simply flashing their paZZports at selected establishments.
However, the fun isn’t only during Mother’s Day. Kids are in for a great summer vacation courtesy of KidZania Manila’s exciting offers.
From May through August, Fridays are dubbed “FriYays,” when kids can play longer in the kid-friendly metropolis with KidZania Manila’s extended hours, from 9:00am-4:00pm. They can have fun and learn through informative role playing experiences for two hours more at the regular weekday rate of just P900.
KidZania Manila is also hosting the Miting de Pamilya on May 14 and 15, in commemoration of the International Day of the Family. Parents can join their kids for special bonding and quality time through the fun and learning experiences unique to KidZania Manila from 9 am to 5 pm at the regular weekday rate. It is a good way for kids to get a glimpse of what they want to be when they grow up.
As part of the Miting de Pamilya weekend, CitiZens are invited to cast their votes for their representatives in the KidZania Manila CongreZZ. They can vote online using the KidZania Facebook app, or physically at the kid metropolis, where they have a chance to meet the candidates personally. Voting is by ballot, which kids can attach to their boarding pass before depositing it in the drop boxes at different points in the “city.”
Summers always hold a special place in the hearts of children. It is a time of adventure, fun, and new discoveries. KidZania Manila understands this, and simply makes it better by adding new dimensions to learning and interactive activities.
