If you don’t have a number pad or it’s broken, you can still type the enye letter thru the Character Map. This method is also easier than remembering the keyboard shortcuts to special characters. The Character Map is a Windows application where you can copy special characters or symbols.
Also, you don’t need to install this application since it’s included in most Windows computers. To type the enye letter via Character Map, follow the steps below:
- Click the Windows key on your keyboard or the Windows start icon on the lower left corner of the screen.
- Look for Windows Accessories and click it.
- On the drop-down menu, select Character Map. Also, you can look for the Character Map by typing it on the taskbar search bar.
- Launch the Character Map, and different characters and symbols will appear.
- Click ñ or Ñ and tap on the Select button.
