 Step 2: Fill Out the UMID Card Application Form

  • The “SSS ID Card Production Information” table will appear, showing the date/s when your UMID card was generated and/or packaged, and whether it’s already for packaging or mailing.

If you provided your email address in your UMID application, you may also receive a status update from the SSS via email. If you haven’t received any update or notification about your UMID card status, you may follow it up with the SSS ID Card Production Department (IDCPD) by emailing them at [email protected] In your email, include your full name, 10-digit SSS number, and UMID application date, and attach images of your valid IDs.

The SSS IDCPD will reply to your email with the tracking number, your Common Reference Number (CRN), and a screenshot of the post office transaction, including the delivery date and reason for Return to Sender.

If you still don’t receive any response after several days, you may call the SSS hotline at (02) 920-6446 to 55 or visit the nearest SSS branch to inquire about your UMID status.

Remember that the processing time for UMID ID card applications may vary depending on various factors, so it’s essential to be patient and regularly check the status of your application.

Step 7: Activate and Claim Your UMID Card

When your UMID card is ready, you will receive a notification from the SSS office. You can then activate and claim your UMID card at the same office where you applied.
