How to pay for Utility Bills using BDO Pay Mobile App?

Manila, Philippines – BDO Unibank Inc. recently launched its mobile wallet app called BDO Pay. Just like other mobile wallets, the app works pretty similar to mobile wallet leaders GCash and PayMaya.

If you have a BDO Digital account, you can easily download the app and link it to your BDO Pay to start enjoying the convenience of using this newest mobile wallet app.

How do I sign up for BDO Pay?

You’ll need a BDO Digital Banking account to sign up for BDO Pay. If you already have Digital Banking, follow these steps to sign up:

1. Download BDO Pay by clicking the button below.
2. Open BDO Pay and sign up with your BDO Digital Banking Username and Password.
3. Choose which BDO accounts you want to link to BDO Pay, then choose your default account.
4. Enter a 6-digit PIN or use your device biometrics to log in and confirm transactions.
5. Log in and start using BDO Pay!

If you are an existing BDO customer without Digital Banking, follow these steps to sign up:

1. Sign up for Digital Banking by visiting online.bdo.com.ph > Online Banking Login > Not yet enrolled? Enroll Now!
2. Download the BDO Pay app and sign up with your Digital Banking Username and Password.
3. Choose which BDO accounts you want to link to BDO Pay, then choose your default account.
4. Enter a 6-digit PIN or use your device biometrics to log in and confirm transactions.
5. Log in and start using BDO Pay!

If you do not have a BDO Account yet, follow these steps to sign up:

1. Open an account online at bdo.com.ph/online-account-opening. Choose Online Savings Account, and submit your application and other requirements.
2. Complete your application via Zoom call. Once done, make sure to fund your account within seven (7) banking days.
3. Download the BDO Pay app and sign up with your Digital Banking Username and Password you set in Step 1.
4. Choose which BDO accounts you want to link to BDO Pay, then choose your default account.
5. Enter a 6-digit PIN or use your device biometrics to log in and confirm transactions.
6. Log in and start using BDO Pay!

What is the difference between the BDO Digital Banking app and the BDO Pay app?

How can I pay my bills using BDO Pay?

You can pay your utility and other personal bills by following these easy steps:

1. Log in to BDO Pay and tap Pay > Pay Bills.
2. Search for your biller or choose from the categories.
3. Enter your billing details and the amount you want to pay.
4. Review and confirm your payment details.
5. Save your favorite billers to make future payments easier. Just tap Save Biller on your transaction success screen. Your Saved Billers will be at the top of the list when you open Pay Bills again.
