The Newest Inflight Meals

Then there’s also the Fish Fillet in Black Bean Sauce served with white rice and a side of bok choy. Next is the Veggie Pesto Sandwich which consists of tomato, lettuce, and mozzarella layered on top of pesto in ciabatta bread.

Another famous Pinoy dish in the newest inflight meal menu is the Lechon Paksiw, or slices of lechon that are stewed in an aromatic blend of vinegar, sugar, and spices, served with white rice.

They will also offer a Beef Salpicao, a flavorful and tender beef chunks seasoned in soy sauce and garlic served with garlic rice; and another rice meal you should miss would be the Hainanese Chicken Rice, a famous Singaporean offering consisting of steamed chicken served with bok choy and seasoned rice.

For quick bites, there’s the Roasted Chicken Sandwich, toasted panini bread complemented with roasted chicken, sautéed spinach, and grated cheddar cheese with a garlic aioli spread.

For lighter options, the Chicken Yakisoba can make for a satisfying meal. Stir-fried soba noodles with savory chicken bits and crisp vegetables are in a sweet and tangy soy-based sauce.

Lastly, there’s the Crab Salad Sandwich, a dish consists of shredded crab sticks and vegetables tossed in a creamy mayonnaise-based dressing with a hint of spice on brioche bread.
