There is no better place in Austin for this value. I stayed at this location for three months while in Austin for work. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. TV with cable. I was very comfortable for my entire stay. The proximity to the South Congress area, downtown Austin and places like Zilker Park and Barton Springs make it an ideal location for anyone headed to Austin for a long period of time. Boris the owner was helpful and took care of a few minor issues that were present when I arrived like lights not working. They were taken care of quickly. You should consider this apartment if you’re looking for somewhere to stay while in Austin – Rowan
