There is no better place in Austin for this value. I was born and raised in Austin so picking the ideal spot to stay while traveling home for work was hard but after finding the location and look of this place I knew I had to try it. Your access to I-35 is ideal when traveling through the city and the walkability to some of my favorite eateries and bars is the best part about it. The decor and details within the apartment are such a nice touch to make your time indoors feel that much more comfortable. This is a brand new space that has been designed to be bright, cozy, and pristine. It is incredibly charming, with light-colored elements and muted accents. There is a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience.
There are lots of large windows which let the light from the Texan sun in. The neighborhood is private and quiet but downtown Texas is just nearby.
This garage apartment was amazing! All the amenities were provided and most restaurants were within walking distance which is a plus! The garage apartment itself was beautiful with modern finishes. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Austin in the future! – Tony

I really did enjoy my time here! This is perfect for a quick getaway and perfect enough to fit 2 people comfortably! I felt safe and close enough to downtown that it was easy to get around! I stayed at this location for three months while in Austin for work. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. TV with cable. I was very comfortable for my entire stay. The proximity to the South Congress area, downtown Austin and places like Zilker Park and Barton Springs make it an ideal location for anyone headed to Austin for a long period of time. Boris the owner was helpful and took care of a few minor issues that were present when I arrived like lights not working. They were taken care of quickly.
