Sur Boracay : Sooo Pinoy Food Trip na Pilipinas!

March 14, 2012 – Sooo Pinoy Food Tour Day 3 in Boracay – Previous Post: En Route to Boracay.

From the resort, we walked towards Station 1 where Sur Boracay is located. Seeing too much green algae in Boracay shores was an eye sore but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the long walk.

After almost 20 minutes of walk, we finally arrived in the restaurant. We had some refreshments while waiting for the food preparation. We immediately took photos soon after the plated food was served.

While the food is good, I don’t see any Pinoy component on the food they served. Mini Beef Burger Patty with mushroom cream is so western for me but let me say again that it really taste so good but it really doesn’t promote Filipino Food at all:)

Aside from the Mini Burger Patty, they also served Pan-fried Cream Dori with garlic and cheese sauce – I liked the dip but theres nothing special with how they cooked the Dori.

Why do we see too much green algae in Boracay during summer?
