Photo Sunday : Colorful Marina Bay Sands at Night

I was lucky to be invited by the Singapore Tourism Board last March 2011 to explore and rediscover Singapore’s best kept secrets. Aside from its multi-cultural backgrounds, Singapore is also known for its wonderful skyline and famous man made structures. One of the best places I visited in Singapore last year is the Marina Bay Sands, probably the most visited hotel and casino property in Singapore today.

Colorful Marina Bay Sands at Night

Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore. The huge and well designed building was developed by Las Vegas Sands, it is currently billed as the world’s most expensive standalone casino property at S$8 billion, including cost of the prime land.

The grand opening of Marina Bay Sands was held on 17 February 2011, and during my visit in the integrated resort and casino, I was able to watch the highly-anticipated Broadway musical – The Lion King in Singapore… which I truly enjoyed.
