Malasimbo Music & Arts Festival 2019
Puerto Galera, Philippines — As it celebrates its 9th year, attendees of one of the biggest international gathering for music and arts, not only here in the Philippines, but in Asia, can expect to experience yet another magical and fun time at Malasimbo Festival 2019. The festival will be held from March 1-2 for this year.
This celebration of culture and tourism has brought in a whole lot of surprises that has made a lot of festival-goers get hyped up and excited. In 2011, when this Malasimbo Music & Arts Festival started, it was already able to attract a lot of attention across the world and has continued to have increasing attendees each year since then. And because of the big spurt of estimated attendees of this year’s festivals, there was a need of change venue and it would also best suit the overall vibe and feel that the festival wants to exude.
The event promotes the appreciation and understanding of the indigenous tribes of the country and as well as the need to take cares of our natural environment. But more than just the ones mentioned, aspiring local artists also use this as a good starting ground to make connections because of all the big names that attend the festival. Every attendee gets to enjoy good music and good food. Food during the festival is also made sure to be tantalizing and unique.

If you are a previous or regular attendee of the festival and are hoping to once again join the boat parties, or you are a new attendee and have heard how fun the boat parties can be—continue getting excited because this year the boat parties are back and aim to be more fun enjoyable and entertaining as ever.
The change venue also came in with a festival packages for those attendees who aren’t feeling it or don’t have the time to plan the whole trip. For those of you want a fully planned trip already, the package already covers accommodation, transportation (inclusive of terminal fees), and of course the ticket for the festival. Prices can range from inexpensive to VIP. It can also be customized to fit your needs.
Planning to bring your kids? If they are aged 0 to 6, then be happy to hear that they are free of charge. If they are 7 to 13, tickets are sold at 50% off. And if you are a student, senior citizen, PWD, a resident of Puerto Galera, you get 20% off.
The Malasimbo Music Festival 2019 ticket prices are as follows:
- Php 2,000 for Friday
- Php 2,500 for Saturday
- Php 4,000 for a Two-day pass
