The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award is given to hospitality businesses that consistently receive positive reviews on TripAdvisor. And this year, Hotel Jen Manila is among the companies that earned the award based on countless numbers of exceptional reviews from travelers online. Certificate of Excellence is based on the credits made on TripAdvisor over the past year. The recognition also aims to help travelers identify which service provider give the best service in many places and countries. Without a doubt, TripAdvisor plays an important role in helping travelers book their next travel confidently.
TripAdvisors gathers reviews submitted by travelers over a 12-month period and accounts. Most reviews include information about the quality, quantity, and experiences from service providers. To qualify, a business should be able to maintain a bubble rating of at least four out of five for at least 12 months.
