It’s a funny thing how life happens when you are making other plans. Last weekend I was planning on visiting my family in Quezon and probably have a nice meal, and then maybe doing some reading before I went to bed. It might sound boring to you, but I was looking forward to it. Then I suddenly got an irresistible invitation from STB to visit several Rev & Rave bars in Metro Manila that promotes the upcoming 2010 Formula 1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix.
Lets get the Party Started!
White Avenue is on the list of Bars to visit so I immediately invited my friends and we all went on down to the party town. Inside the bar everything was white. I mean white, white, white. Not the people, not the drinks, but the furniture, the walls, the decor. They call it White Avenue for a reason.
Apple Martini
I had couple of iced cold beers while VRay, VJane, Joyce and Mariuz tried one of their signature drinks, an Apple Martini, and when I turned around everyone started moving towards the dance floor. The music was pumping some mean grooves and the light effects on the dance floor made everything look even better. It didn’t take me long to join them since I could already see the party wolves starting to circle near our table.
White Avenue
It’s a great club with great food. Name it ….. Japanese, pasta, or a nice steak- you can get it at White Avenue. Don’t forget to order the buffalo wings too. They are ultra tasty. Of course you can always have the barkada pika-pika too. No bad choices at White Avenue. Same goes for the drink menu, just pick one and it’s delicious.
Party Animals in the Avenue
I know one thing for sure, next week I’m going back. I wont’ make the mistake of planning family dinners again on the coolest day of the week. If you want to come party with me you can make your way up north to 198 Tomas Morato cor Sct. Delgado in Quezon City. Tomas Morato is my favorite street in QC and it’s rule free rocking good times all the way here.
