On May 12, Sunday, Mother’s day will be celebrated in the Philippines and in the United States. Other countries that observe their versions of this annual event, either hold them on an earlier or later, date as the case may be. What has started as something quietly celebrated in homes has now become a much-awaited global affair that has involved various industries that include airlines, hotels, resorts, retail establishments, and, most especially, food outlets.

At Kitsho, Mother’s Day is a special summer event that celebrates motherhood and all the love surrounding the figure many call the ‘light of every home.’ Mothers will surely delight in Kitsho’s freshly prepared concoctions.

The smorgasbord spread that day will feature a varied selection of fresh fruits, salads, sashimi, and sushi. The a la carte buffet will likewise proffer a lot of choices from the extensive menu list. Simply tell the waiting staff all the dishes you want to sample, and they’d gladly have them prepared for you – fresh! The lunch buffet is priced at P1,356 while the dinner buffet is priced at P1,586. Both meal prices are inclusive of VAT and service charge.

Diners may also partake of the specially-prepared food platter (valued at P2,888) that is loaded with shrimp tempura, sauteed pork, salmon teppan, sauteed beef, fresh green salad, and miso soup.

For this special occasion, dining guests get to enjoy Kitsho’s 3+1 a la carte buffet promo, where every three diners get to bring their mothers for free. The special Mother’s Day set meal. on the other hand, is comprised of a piping hot bowl of miso soup, Hamachi nanben for appetizers, grilled chicken with ponzy sauce as the main dish, Japanese rice, and fresh fruits as a sweet ending.

And as gift/token for their special day, dining mothers will each receive a plate of creme puffs with chocolate toppings.
