Flame Restaurant kicks the heat up a notch with their brand new creations to tickle the taste buds during your lunch hour.
Providing an unimpeded view of the Metro Manila Skyline with room to spare, Flame Restaurant offers a package of comfort and class distinctly different from all other restaurants within the city.

Walking in FLAME’s floor, you’ll be greeted by a massive “Living Chandelier” that’s comprised of well-cared for plants. This floor-to ceiling structure sets up the stage to what would be a memorable dining experience.
What they offer for the lunch crowd is even more exquisite with a selected array of seafood delicacies utilizing precise cooking techniques that would enhance the intrinsic taste of the food. Using only the freshest and natural ingredients, patrons can enjoy their Chilled Seafood Salad as a starter or a main dish. This salad doesn’t contain too much greens but boasts of a combination of octopus, shrimp, and baby squid all dressed with watermelon and ginger-based sesame-dressing. If you’re still hungry or prefer a more hearty meal, there’s the Chili Lobster Spaghetti using sriracha bisque with coriander and scallions. With dessert comes a fresh batch of macerated strawberries that comes with black pepper “panna cotta” with vanilla Chantilly.

If you’re not feeling adventurous for your lunch, FLAME offers traditional and well-loved dishes that have been delicately twisted for a more unique taste. You can get their Pork Belly Doughnuts with an amazing butterscotch-miso dip or a taste of Spain with the Paella Meatballs with chorizo. There’s also the unmistakable dash of tantalizing protein made available through their US Beef Tenderloin.
Despite the seemingly exotic cuisines, FLAME offers their new lunch dishes at a reasonable price. Part of their goal is to create a combination of European and Asian cuisines in an effort to “continue to push European cuisine and Asian combinations, in bold, intriguing directions.”
Discover Primea’s Modern European restaurant, this innovative stop is located at the 16th floor of the building and promises only the best when it comes to taste. Even the name is derived from the burning desire of its people to constantly provide their patrons with only the most exquisite dishes possible.
