The hotel’s general manager, Mr. Harold Rainfroy, said in a statement that Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu lives by its service philosophy of bringing in something fresh and fun in a bid to become a trailblazer of flavours and genres. He added that the hotel’s goal is to introduce new excitement in different seasons to make its visitors who come from different nations delighted.
“Thai cuisine captures the interest of many, not only for its enigmatic and exotic cultural influences, but also for the interplay and harmony of flavours present in each dish,” said the executive chef, Christian Bouby.
He went on to say that the creative plus playful character of the people of Thailand is being reflected on their served plates. He also added that these are very adventurous in terms of essence and texture.
Food and beverage manager Mr. Jeryl Tio, in the meantime, said that the whole team is already agog to work with the three chefs who he dubbed “kitchen superstars.”
