El Nido Resorts Announces Best Island Getaway (BIG) Sale

Warm Welcomes at El Nido Resorts

Manila, Philippines – With the easing of the quarantine restrictions nationwide and the fair weather in the weeks ahead, it is summer once more as El Nido Resorts warmly welcomes guests with fun in the sun—powdery white sand beaches, lush marine life, limestone cliffs, lovely lagoons, and great food in a tropical destination.

Since July, the resort group has gradually reopened Miniloc Island Resort with three successful travel bubbles to date and will begin to receive guests for the eco-luxury Pangulasian Island Resort on Oct. 16-19 and 23-26. Each resort operates at half capacity and implements stringent protocols which include the mandatory RT-PCR test 72 hours prior departure to ensure the health of guests and the receiving community.

El Nido Resorts are guided by their commitment to the Be GREEN, (Guard, Respect, Educate El Nido) Be Clean health and environmental program which the staff underwent even before the pandemic. The Be GREEN program is a recipient of the Pacific Asia Travel Association’s (PATA) Gold Award for Environmental Education in 2011 and 2015.

Under the so-called travel bubble, tourists will feel like strangers in paradise with the low-density resorts and tours around the enchanting chain of islands. Guests will be flown via leisure carrier on AirSwift flights from Manila and lands at the Lio Airport, the jump-off point to the island resorts.

The 50-room Miniloc Island exudes Filipino architectural motifs with its thatched-roofs, indigenous materials, wooden floors, woven bamboo slats, and private verandas looking out to the sea.

It is part of the El Nido-Taytay Managed Reserve and the bigger Palawan Biosphere Reserve, a prestigious global biodiversity system under the Unesco.
