Cebu Pacific Travel Advisory #7 Flexible Options for Domestic and International Flights until January 23, 2022

Cebu Pacific Travel Advisory As of 7:00PM, January 11, 2022

Cebu Pacific continues to manage the impact of COVID-19 on its workforce with employees who are either sick or under home quarantine. Due to this, flight delays and on-the-spot cancellations remain a possibility given the uncertainty of the situation.

Cebu Pacific Flexible Options

As such, CEB extends flexible options for all its passengers with domestic and international flights until January 23, 2022. The airline encourages passengers traveling for non-essential purposes to take any of the following flexible options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight):

Rebook

Rebook for travel within 60 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived.

Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for two (2) years and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (e.g., baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

Refund

The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.

“We are working non-stop to minimize the impact on crew and passengers. The health and safety of everyJuan remain our top priority, and we continue to humbly ask for your patience as we manage this situation to the best of our capabilities,” said Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific Vice President for Marketing and Customer Experience.

CEB also announced the following canceled flights on January 12, 2022. Affected passengers have been informed through the contact details provided in their booking. They may conveniently choose their preferred option (rebook, travel fund, refund) online through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) until 30 days from the date of departure.
