GSM Shows Love for the Filipino Artists

Cocktail Cups Art

GSM Premium Gin’s participation is more than just serving handcrafted cocktails to all participants. In the spirit of recycling combined with creative arts, all returned cocktail cups are utilized to form a large scale logo of the Ginebra San Miguel. The logo was originally conceptualized by National Artist Fernando Amorsolo and is now made through a more modern medium.

The event offered more than just a GSM logo, however, as artists also contributed their unique talents in creating the St. Michael Archangel design, this time using stencils to bring this iconic image to life. Instead of just basic black and white, however, the artists showed exactly how this classic picture will look like with splashes of color added in. An image that has been instilled in the minds of both younger and older Filipino generations, there’s no question that this artistic display got everyone’s attention.

GSM Continues the Tradition

GSM makes a commitment toward providing Filipinos all over the country a refreshing way of having fun without losing sight of their heritage. He adds that through the Art in the Park event, they aim to help with the growth of local talent as a mark of greater things to come not just for the brand but also for the community.
