During the 3rd day of our PHILTOA Central Visayas Fam Tour, all the participant got the chance to stay overnight at the famous Antulang Beach Resort in Siaton Negros Oriental. We were four who stayed in the Cliff Hanger Room, a room with spacious floor area even with an extra bed. The bathroom was huge as well but there was no hair drier… I just dont care, I dont have hairs to dry anyway:)

As usual, it was a good experience specially if you are with a happy crowd. I guess the only problem I have with the resort is the limited WIFI Access, limited Golf Carts for transfers and limited time (we cant stay that long coz we still have to visit other places in Central Visayas).

Antulang Beach Resort
Antulang Beach Resort is currently regarded as the best beach resort located in the southern part of the Dumaguate City. The resort is nestled near the endless Antulang beaches and it is approximately 40 kilometers from the capital city of Negros Oriental in Central Visayas. Private Pool
Unlike other resorts in the province, Antulang beach resort is blessed with fruit bearing trees all year long. Guests can enjoy the natural chirping of birds, every morning while having your breakfast or maybe waiting for the beautiful sunrise. The resort accommodates all its guests in rooms having private balcony, air conditioning system and attached bathrooms.

Rainbow and Infinity Pool
The rooms are categorized in to different section with unique qualities to match the requirements and budget of its guests. The rooms are categorized as Pool Villa, Superior Suite, Executive Suite, Family Suite, Presidential Suite, Seaview Cottage, Superior Cottage, Garden View Cottage and Cabana. The pool villa is meant for people who want extreme privacy as it provides private swimming pool and outdoor heated Jacuzzi.
Rappelling in Antulang
All the rooms are provided with the basic amenities such as day bed, hot and cold shower, bedside telephone, cable television, mini bar, and safety deposit box. Wi-Fi internet access is available only at the reception area and some rooms near the resorts arrival area. The resort provides facilities for recreational activities for its guests which includes billiards, horse riding, diving and snorkeling, table tennis, kayaking and rappelling.
Seaview Cottage
Besides, scheduled cruise trips are arranged to nearby Apo islands. The resort also has library which contains more than 5000 books in it. The resort conducts international certificate courses on PADI SCUBA diving for its guests.
Sunset View from the Lobby
The resort provides superior quality food with various seafood cuisines. Guests can purchase accessories, artworks, souvenirs from its small souvenir shop. The resort offers customized packages which include accommodation, food and tour activities that matches the preference and budget of the travelers.
How to get there
The resort is approximately one hour drive from the Dumaguete City. Flights are available frequently from Manila to Dumaguete City. Once you reach the city, travelers can avail the public transport facility to reach the beach from the Ceres bus terminal. Travelers can also avail of the airport transfers provided by the resort.
FROM CEBU: 3 daily trips to Dumaguete City Seaport via fast ferries. Travel time: 3 1/2 hours. Book with Oceanjet.
FROM DUMAGUETE: Head south on the National Highway. Make a left right before kilometer 32 (or when you see the ANTULANG sign). Stay on this road, following the signboards posted along the way. Travel time: 1 hour.
