AirAsia adds more flights, more seats, this holiday season

Manila, Philippines — With only a few weeks until Christmas, people are planning ahead of time how they can go home to be with their loved ones in time to celebrate this happy holiday. Some are lucky enough to be living with their family, but there are also those that live far away. There are also a few that has plans to get away from the city to have a “change of environment.”

AirAsia may just have a solution for that, as they have announced that they are adding more flights and seats, more than 100,000 seats in fact, for flights from Manila to Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo and back.

AirAsia Philippines CEO Ricky P. Isla said that they are doing this as they understand that the holiday season is a busy time for travelers and that they hope that those that will avail of the flights, they can help those that plan on visiting their loved ones this Christmas season.

Booking of the additional flights can be done either via Airasia.com website or with using the AirAsia app and travel time will be from December 1, 2019, until January 31, 2020.

Those that will avail are encouraged to check-in via the airasia.com website, the AirAsia app, or with self-service kiosks at NAIA Terminal 3 and 4. If you wish to add additional luggage, get add-ons like the Santan meals, or if you need to have any changes done, you can do so by going to the MyBookings option at airasia.com.
