Five fun and fulfilling activities to do with your friends and family in Boracay

When traveling to Boracay with a group, either you’re with family or friends, it is better to get your chosen activities done at the start of your holiday in order to maximize your time and energy. However, if you still haven’t done your research, then try out the following activities, which I have personally found extremely fun and fulfilling.

1. Island Hopping

If you are a first-time visitor in Boracay, then it will serve you perfectly to add this activity to your to-do list. This 6- hour trip leads to a refreshing explorative tour around the island, starting from a boat ride at Station 1 and a relaxing cruise on the sparkling sea to Puka Beach.

For a fine moment, you get to swim and bask on the coralline sand in tranquility. The trip then resumes afterward and cruises along the northeastern coast of the island, catching a glimpse of uncharted coves and caves, until the boat makes its dock off Crocodile Island where you get to snorkel in the lush marina abound. As noontime looms, the boat passes on the channel to a coast at Mainland Panay where a vehicle awaits to transport you into a verdant camp by the Nabaoy river for a delicious lunch buffet.

After much satisfaction over lunch and the soothing scenery, you will be brought back to the boat for a cliff-jumping adventure at the Magic Island. Given the fulfilling experience off the high jumping boards, you are then finally brought back to White Beach for a well-deserved rest, in preparation for the glorious sunset.

2. Parasailing

This exhilarating activity affords you an experience high up to the heavens. It starts with a speedboat ride from the beach to a floating raft in the middle of the calm sea. From there, you will transfer to another speedboat that carries the parasail, and with the harness on, you will be driven up by the wind-blown parasail a few hundred meters above the sea and let you embrace the beautiful panorama for 10 awesome minutes.

3. Exploring Crystal Cove

Spending half a day on a remote island off Boracay could actually satisfy all your island holiday fixes. On this island, you are certain to get your senses full with the vibrant landscape, snorkeling amid a bountiful marina under the caves, walking on a long verdant path with the soothing seascape beyond, indulging in fresh caught seafood, and more.

4. Mermaid Swimming

Swimming with colorful mermaid tails in the crystalline sea of Boracay is a fantasy come true. With the assistance of well-trained Mermaid Swimmers, you will learn the graceful ways to get into the sea with your tail and swim like a mermaid.

5. Buggy

In this ride, you and your partner are presented with the thrill and ease of driving on a scenic rough road trail in a vast verdant land on the island. After a series of curves and slopes, you will then be led by your guide to a private cove where you could drink fresh coconut juice and luxuriate on white sand for half an hour or so before you make your final turn into the finish line.
