Received your Christmas card in today’s mail. I did not find the item you mentioned last week that was in the card for your Father. Must have come via the air or something….sure was fast getting here! Pretty card,wonderful message and we know that it was filled with love from both! I was a little upset to see that it had been handled roughly though there was a rip on each side and also one smack dab in the top edge of the envelope. The card only had the center top ripped about 3/4 of an inch. The gold stone like on the Christmas tree was intact. We appreciate it very much. Would Phil Post care to explain this?? The only thing they are out for is themselves. Pathetic that you can not trust a Govt Postal Employee here in the Philippines. Trying to line their own pockets with other peoples hard earned gifts. There is no excuse for this, pure and simple it is THEFT. Oh, and do not expect a straight honest answer form them either, only lame excuses as to why this happens. It’s as if Filipino Postal culture does not acknowledge the existence of complaints about poor service , and thus are in denial of reality. So your complaint is not even really heard or understood. It was sent July 5, 2011 and up to now.. August 7, 2011. It hasn't reach our local post office yet. I've asked them for 4 times now and they said its not yet there.. I hope people/workers from Central post office in Manila, would address our concerns here..Please..that paper in that mail is my life. If you are not doing good on your job, you are depriving people of their opportunities..so please..let us all be honest! a friend of mine from US sent me a very important document. (well, thats for another story) i guess im the next generation that the philpost company steals from eh? have some respect to yourselves! i dont exactly know where the damn tampering or stealing takes place when our letters/packages arrive in the philippines but i live in ortigas extension cainta area. so kung saan at sino man, mahiya naman kayo! nakakahiya na tayo sa maraming bagay! lalo pa tayong nagiging kahiyahiya sa mga ginagawa nyo! mahiya naman kayo sa sarili nyo at sa diyos! im really getting paranoid with our damn post system in this country.
