I have stayed in many hotels in Davao during my previous trips and I would have to say my hands down favorite is the Lispher Inn. Why? The reason being is that it really feels most like home to me…No gimmicks, nothing fancy, just plain warmth.

Lispher Inn is located right in the center of Davao’s progressive south area called Matina District. It is a convenient five minutes from the Davao City Overland Transport Terminal and only thirty minutes from the Davao International Airport.

The location is perfect, being just a five minute walk to one of Davao’s newest malls, NCCC and one quick jeepney ride to Gaisno mall downtown and one quick ride to SM mall as well..

The service here really makes a big difference specially during my most recent visit. The staff goes way out of their way to accommodate me and attend to all my requests. The food is great as well in their inhouse restaurant called Avenida!. Food of course can be subjective but the food they cook here is perfect for me, its lounge is comfortable and non assuming.

They also offer free Wi Fi internet access 24 hours a day in the hotel lobby. The room rates are very affordable for my budget as well. Each room comes equipped with cable TV, phone its own bathroom and some even have a refrigerator.

So if you are looking for a place where price and comfort are not ignored, where your friends and family can meet and feel safe and where the staff really goes out of their way to make you feel at home, then Lispher Inn is your place.
