Sinadya sa Halaran is a popular festival in Capiz showcasing Capiznons’ innate culture and colorful costumes will culminate on December 4 till the 8th of December.

The Festival will be opened with the traditional Pamukaw-pukaw which will start in the wee hours of December 4.
